By signing and initially this Agreement, you AGREE and acknowledge that:
I have carefully read this Release and Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement (the “Agreement”) and fully understand its contents.
I am aware that I given up substantial rights by signing the Agreement.


RISK EXPOSURE

Coronavirus/SARS-CoV-2/Covid-19 and Other
I acknowledge the contagious nature of the SARS-CoV-2/Covid-19 and that the Alberta Health, the province of Alberta and many other public health authorities recommend practicing social distancing and the use of Mask.
I further acknowledge that the Magic Space Ltd. Indoor playground has put in place new guidelines to reduce the spread of the disease.
I further acknowledge that Magic Space Ltd. Indoor playground can not guarantee that I will not became infected and I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the SARS-CoV-2/Covid-19 and other may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, other Magic Space Ltd. Indoor playground guests and their families.
I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my play session.
I am releasing the Magic Space Ltd. Indoor playground from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the playground with respect to any bodily injury, illness, exposure of any virus or bacteria, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to any services received from the Magic Space Ltd. Indoor playground.
This liability waiver and release extends to the indoor playground together with all owners, partners and employees.
